7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item
  • A missing product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Images of the packaging

After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery
  • Minor color or design variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues (subject to stock availability)
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Ethnoir will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For size exchanges or general returns, shipping charges may apply.
